Steam Trade URL is a link that allows Steam users to trade their skins at the Steam platform. Every Steam user has a unique Steam Trade URL and depending on preferences may make it available for the other users of his choice or third-party sites.

Everyone who has your Steam Trade URL is able to see your inventory and to send you trade offers.

In order to find your Steam Trade URL, go to your community profile at Steam. Click here to be redirected to your Steam community profile.

How to withdraw skins

To withdraw skins from our service, you need to be sure that you have already setted up your Steam Trade URL in our service. If you do not know how to set up your Steam Trade URL, take a look to our instruction - How to set up a Steam Trade URL

Also, to be able to withdraw skins from our service, you need to top-up your account for at least 2 USD. That means that you need to add funds to your account in our service, not to have 2 USD in your balance in our service.

How to withdraw skins

To withdraw skins, you need to go to the My Account tab.

At the bottom of this tab, you will find your inventory in our service. To see skins that are currently able to be withdrawn or be used in our service, change the “Show items” option to “Active”.

These filter settings will allow you to see the skins you currently have available in your inventory

Then, hover the cursor over the skin you want to withdraw from our service. You should see the options related to the selected item. If you want to withdraw the selected item, click the “Collect” button and observe the status of the skin.

If there are no obstacles related to skin withdrawal, you will receive a trade offer at Steam.

I received notification about a wrong Trade URL

Accepted Answer

In case you received notification about a wrong Steam Trade URL, that means that your Steam account has an active trade blockade.

What may cause trade blockade and how to fix it:

Visibility of your Steam Inventory should be set as “Public”. You can change this at any moment in your Steam profile privacy settings.
You should have “Steam Guard Mobile Token” activated for a minimum of 15 days. If you already activated your “Steam Guard Mobile Token”, you need to wait at least 15 days after you activated it to be able to trade skins on Steam.
If you changed your password at Steam, you need to wait at least 5 days before you will be able to trade skins on Steam.
In case you rejected or declined a large number of exchange offers, you need to wait at least 7 days before you will be able to trade skins on Steam again.
If you have changed your nickname on Steam, then you have to wait 2-4 hours before you can trade again.

We also recommend you check for the error by going to Steam's dedicated support site. Once you are on the site, you will need to log in to your Steam account in order to see the reason why you have been blocked from exchanging on Steam.
